Fixed plans include the same features; they differ by the number of WhatsApp & SMS
notifications you can send each billing period. Overages are never charged automatically:
by default, sending pauses at your plan’s limit until the period renews or you upgrade.
Enterprise Plus can optionally turn on
additional usage, which you approve separately in Shopify. Your monthly price
and your 125,000 included
messages stay exactly the same; only messages sent beyond that limit are charged, at
$3.90 per 1,000 in increments of
$0.39.
Charges stop at $1,000.00 per 30-day billing period — a limit you approve
up front and which Shopify will not let us exceed. Sending pauses if that limit is reached.
This is off unless you turn it on.
How messages are counted. Richer messages count as more than one message from
your allowance, on every plan. Order confirmation, on WhatsApp or SMS: 1 message; Abandoned cart reminder: 2 messages; Abandoned cart reminder carrying a discount: 25 messages; Post-purchase upsell on WhatsApp: 25 messages; Post-purchase upsell by SMS: 12 messages; Thank-you page upsell, charged only when the customer adds a product: 100 messages; Lost order win-back: 2 messages; Lost order win-back carrying a discount: 25 messages.
